Anderson Road Site A & B consists of a commercial podium and 9 residential blocks with total 7,209 residential units.

Sustainable construction achievements:

1. Integrated Procurement Approach (IPA) adopts a three-envelope tendering system that considers an additional factor on innovation for design and construction.
2. IPA enables earlier and better integration of design and construction expertise from different fields to achieve flexibility, better value, higher quality and improved productivity.
3. IPA enables the team to generate many sustainable construction ideas like 5D-BIM, Structural Soil, Zero Irrigation System, Waste Materials Up-cycling and Scaffoldless Lift Installation.
