Overview of this Action
The intention of this action is to encourage the reduction of energy consumption during construction and hence reduce GHG emissions from the generation of electricity. Using energy more efficiently and opting for renewable energy sources is essential in sustainable construction as it would help lowering the carbon footprint of construction projects and combating climate change. Efficient utilization and conservation of energy on construction site can lead to energy cost savings of construction.
